Note: SB 22-205, SB 23-271, C.R.S. § 25-5-427, and 6 CCR 1010-24 govern hemp cannabinoids. Chemically modified cannabinoids (Delta-8, HHC, Delta-10) are banned in retail hemp products, but a low-dose channel of up to 1.75 mg total THC per serving permits some edibles, tinctures, and hemp beverages (the latter in liquor stores). SB 26-164, which would have raised the beverage limit to 10 mg, was pulled in April 2026. Non-intoxicating CBD remains legal.
