Like Delta-8, most commercial Delta-10 is synthesized from CBD. The 2026 law excludes cannabinoids manufactured outside the plant from the definition of hemp, so Delta-10 becomes a federally controlled substance on November 12, 2026 — through the synthesis exclusion rather than the total-THC math.
